"When we arrived at the property we had so many questions about the area! The staff was helpful and answered all of our questions with great patience. We only stayed for 1 night, but wish we had booked for more nights. We toured Siena during the day, but came back to the property for a beautiful sunset and dinner. "In a great location, with very easy check in and knowledgable staff. Reccommendations given for food and drinks and even a wine tasting- the lady couldn't be happier to help. Room had everything we needed, towels, toiletries, wifi and hairdryer. Spare pillows and blankets. Room also had a feidge, but no drinking water. Perhaps a little dated and no warning signs of steps or low celings! Overall, for a budget hotel it was perfect!"

"This was a place to stay. Period. Nothing more. Wi-Fi did not work. The overhead shower is broken and did not work. Pieces of the bathroom door fell off. There was no hot/warm water for 36 hours. No shelf/hook/anything to place your toiletries on. Perhaps I should have communicated with management? Oh, that’s right! I tried 3x. No response in 4 days time. "

"Fairytale castle style home style hotel in this beautiful medieval town. Be aware you can’t drive your car up into the old city - so pack light- you need to park outside the city walls and walk up. Really great location, private terrace, clean and homely - loved the authentic feel of this place. "
