There is a supermarket near by and Madrid is about 30-40 mins away by car, there is a bus stop near the property so this can also be used to get into Madrid. "Das Viertel Malasana hat Charme und Wohnung liegt prima. Aber geeignet als Ferienquartier ist dieses Appartement nicht. Es ist nicht nur viel zu klein, sondern man kann nur an wenigen Stellen überhaupt aufrecht stehen. Damit konnte man nach der Beschreibung wirklich nicht rechnen. Nachdem man die steile Stiege hochgekommen ist, kommt einem in der kleinen Dachkammer dann auch mal der Gedanke nach einem potenziellen Fluchtweg. im Brandfall. "La casa no tiene aire acondicionado y a pesar de los ventiladores facilitados para cada habitación hacía calor. Los muebles de la cocina estaban rotos, con armarios desencajados, que para abrir uno tenías que abrir los otros porque se encajaban entre ellos. El mobiliario de la piscina estaba roto, sobre todo los sillones del exterior y alguna silla. La limpieza brillaba por su ausencia, encontramos varios objetos de anteriores inquilinos que estaban a la vista, lo que lleva a pensar que apenas...

"En general, buena experiencia, aunque tuvimos que llamar varias veces porque no había suficientes toallas ni sillas para nuestro grupo de 11 personas y hubo un error con la hora de check out (nos dijeron que era a las 11 y habíamos reservado este alojamiento porque era hasta las 19:00). La piscina no es climatizada, pero para hacer contraste con el calor del jacuzzi no está nada mal."

"Huge villa with flexible accommodation well suited to families and larger groups. We had fun in the large pool and ate all our meals in the outdoor dining space. Christian has provided so much to do, trampoline, table tennis, pool toys, table football etc so the children were never bored. Really great family holiday."
