Los muebles de la cocina estaban rotos, con armarios desencajados, que para abrir uno tenías que abrir los otros porque se encajaban entre ellos. El mobiliario de la piscina estaba roto, sobre todo los sillones del exterior y alguna silla. La limpieza brillaba por su ausencia, encontramos varios objetos de anteriores inquilinos que estaban a la vista, lo que lleva a pensar que apenas...

"Das Viertel Malasana hat Charme und Wohnung liegt prima. Aber geeignet als Ferienquartier ist dieses Appartement nicht. Es ist nicht nur viel zu klein, sondern man kann nur an wenigen Stellen überhaupt aufrecht stehen. Damit konnte man nach der Beschreibung wirklich nicht rechnen. Nachdem man die steile Stiege hochgekommen ist, kommt einem in der kleinen Dachkammer dann auch mal der Gedanke nach einem potenziellen Fluchtweg. im Brandfall. Über die Dächer wirkt das doch etwas unsicher. Die Dusche...

"Huge villa with flexible accommodation well suited to families and larger groups. We had fun in the large pool and ate all our meals in the outdoor dining space. Christian has provided so much to do, trampoline, table tennis, pool toys, table football etc so the children were never bored. Really great family holiday."

"En general, buena experiencia, aunque tuvimos que llamar varias veces porque no había suficientes toallas ni sillas para nuestro grupo de 11 personas y hubo un error con la hora de check out (nos dijeron que era a las 11 y habíamos reservado este alojamiento porque era hasta las 19:00). La piscina no es climatizada, pero para hacer contraste con el calor del jacuzzi no está nada mal."

"This apartment is close to restaurants, shopping, and the main square. It was clean and well taken care of. I also enjoyed the old charm of the building. The host was very helpful with recommendations to restaurants/markets and was avalible if we needed anything. I don’t think I could have asked for anything else. "Upon arriving at this dirty and unkept villa we were immediately of the mind frame of ‘oh well, let’s make the most of it’ as we set about cleaning the kitchen to a standard that allowed us to prepare food and drink/eat from cutlery and glasses etc.. the second disappointment for us was the air con, or lack of it!
