"Friendly front desk host ,easy check in. Rooms were ready before check in time frame ,so they let us in the room early to dropp off the luggages and enjoy the town. Rooms were clean . The breakfast was good and the lady who is taking care the service in the breakfast area was very helpful. "

We had a minor issue with the shower on the day we arrived, but it was resolved promptly that same evening, showing the team’s great responsiveness. Our entire stay was so relaxing and peaceful. One of the highlights was enjoying the in-room breakfast on the balcony overlooking the beautiful lake—it was the perfect and most pleasant way to start each day. "Excellent location. Great breakfast buffet. Excellent staff. The ferry station is just right in front of the hotel. Scenic, walking distance to Villa Carlotta. Lot’s of restaurants close by and they have a great one within the hotel as well. "
