"This was the best hotel stay I've ever had in terms of service. I contacted the hotel to ask whether we could store our luggage before we checked in, as we didn't want to carry them all day around the towns in Lake Como. Francesca not only allowed us to store the bags in our room early, but also gave us the key as the room was ready by 9:30am. She even picked us up from the train station in Bellano and gave us a lift to the hotel! Manuela made us coffee before we set out for the day, and...

Abbiamo trovato la camera calda (i termosifoni sono regolabili), e con tutto quello che ci serviva. La colazione buona, abbiamo mangiato briosche, taleggio, pane fresco e marmellata (si poteva anche mangiare biscotti e fette biscottate). Il parcheggio è a pochi minuti a piedi dalla struttura. We loved our room which looks over the lake especially the huge wooden sliding door that lets air in, but keep out bugs and sun sometimes when you don’t want it. Good location for walking to see sights , and very close to Swiss border. Restaurants , pharmacy and supermarkets nearby . And also close to bike and walking trail along the river ."
