"Have stayed many times. By far my favorite hotel in Pittsburgh- wonderful, comfortable and quiet rooms. Staff are kind and attentive. Restaurant is good. Only issue is that valet can be slow. That is easily somvable by asking for car with 15-20 mins notice. "

"The hotel had good hours for the pool, nice and clean, overall. It had a decent breakfast spread and the rooms were a good size. I would consider returning. The only, but most important downside, was how rude the front desk assistant were. Two of them specifically. The young woman working on the morning of Friday, March 28th had a very demeaning attitude until she realized I had a reservation. The lady working on the night of Saturday, March 29th was the worst. "Although this property is downtown, it is so quiet. It also offers so many healthy and yummy choices for breakfast. The property was at walking distance of so many attractions.The staff are caring and professional. I will stay there again if I go to Pittsburg again."

"The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Only complaint I have is that the facet in bathroom of the room we stayed. The facet was too close to the back of the sink and it knob needs to be cleaned out because it sprayed all different directions. "
