The front desk was amazing, very friendly, kind and helpful. The lounge was clean and I enjoyed the band. If I had to change one thing it would be not letting bartenders on there phones while working the service would be much quicker.

This is the worst disgusting place i have ever stayed wish i could share the photos of the blood urine a feces on. the bed. after several weeks of not able to get a refund from expedia and the hotel i gave up worst customer service on both parts please do not stay here even if it is the last place on earth

Convenient location, clean & comfortable room, front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. We would stay here again and recommend to friends and family. From the beginning to the end of our stay everything was excellent! The staff was very attentive and accommodating, in particular, Jill Jacob. They were fun to talk with. The room was very nice and warm. Just what we needed for our long weekend. We would definitely stay there again!
