"We rented this property to be within walking distance of our family. The property was as described in the listing, however it is over top a business which belongs to the property owners. During our visit, we encountered a couple small hiccups. 1) a person (appeared to be an employee of the business) was smoking marijuana outside the house and the odor filled the unit. No highway noise, no loud neighbors, almost too quiet ;) Plenty of off street parking is on site which was a big plus for me.
