"Overall I’m pretty satisfied with my stay here. All of the staff are very friendly. Loved the lounge and library areas. The interior design and ambient lighting were highlights. "Best part of this hotel is position on the harbour and views of harbour from our room. Room was clean and size was adequate. Staff in the hotel are excellat. Biggest problem with Newcastle is parking. All in a great stay."

"Great place for a quiet relaxing couples holiday. The corner spa in the bathroom was awesome. Balcony overlooking the pool was a bit noisy depending on who was in the pool. The elevated pool deck was great. All the restaurants and Woolworths were an easy walk from the resort. We did miss the turn off into the resort as the sign was a bit small. It's tucked behind the bowling club."
