"We booked the apartment in August 2023 so the family could attend a music event which was local to apartment. On the day of Travel 26th April 2024 the booking was cancelled via email.. No phone call to warn us but an alternative 30+ miles away was offered in the email. Unfortunetly many other people have fallen fowl to this sort of approach due to many hotels being sold out and high prices starting to appear due to both the music event and a Wolves home football game. Many hotels coming back up...

When we first arrived we verified the bed linens were soiled from the previous occupant. There is no mattress on the bed just a severely worn mattress pad. Felt the supporting board of the bed - very uncomfortable! Basic amenities were not provided - washcloths/facecloths; soap etc. Don’t book If you need a decent night sleep. "Property was what we expected. Only niggles I’ve got are: Beds in the second bedroom were a little small, I’m 5’11’’ and was too tall for it. There was a constant sound from what could have been a boiler that did keep me up at night. Host was responsive and polite though. Overall good stay. "Our stay at Wychnor Park Country Club was fantastic. There were some issues with our accommodation but nothing that really ruined our short stay. When we arrived we were greeted by the fantastic staff and then went on to the apartment. Whilst only 2 bed it was huge and easily accommodated the 6 of us. Some minor cleanliness issues but not anything that ruined our trip. Facilities are fantastic and so much to do. The leisure centre was more than enough and suitable for our family, just a shame...
