We rented the cottage which sleeps 12 and had two large, comfy rooms for adults plus large family room and new built in beds off family room for the girls. "The house was beautiful and we found plenty of things to do in the neighborhood. The only problem we had was communication with the property manager. There was a construction worker on site working at the carriage house and he said he had no idea that people were renting the house for the weekend. The first night we noticed the one door in the dining room did not lock and the knob fell off of it outside and in the morning it was windy and we heard the carriage house door banging with the wind....

"Overall a great stay - had plenty of bedrooms, everything we needed for our stay, and was perfectly quirky. The place wasn't perfectly clean, but it was also tough for a place that big. Some of the light switches also didn't work, but those are minor quibbles, it was a great stay."
