"So we booked this hotel online said pet friendly we had driven 500 miles needed to sleep I was told at check in no dog allowed so went to help line was disconnected 5 times did online messages kept being told will be right back to handle problem they had my cell# my email never received any help left and went to a different hotel. You better refund our money. The lady at check in was very rude. Unwilling to help. We are retired folks and did not need this "

"Nice place to stay. Bathroom had some issues: shower valve very stiff; water stains on the ceiling; toilet was slow to flush; toilet itself should be replaced with a taller one (lots of folks, particularly older, could have great difficulty in getting up from it). This is an issue we have found in many hotels across the USA. If you can’t replace then you should install a grab bar at least. Toilets are simply not that expensive."
