"Check in was smooth, staff was accommodating, but as I checked in there were bugs in the room, some were dead lying on the floor. "

"I would have been nice to know you have to call for a shuttle to come. When I called the hotel it was automated answer saying to stay at stop 4 for shuttle. Then I got an actual person and they said the shuttle was by request and sent one for me. "

"My connecting flight was cancelled multiple times so stayed here over a few days. Staff and management went above and beyond when I had a crisis with my special needs son. I’ll be forever grateful for their hospitality. If I’m ever in Philly again this will be my first choice of stay. It was also my first visit to Philly so this was a good experience. Thank you."
