"Amazing hotel they couldn’t do more for us but the rooms were boiling struggles to sleep was so hot and air con didnt work they did give us fans but didn’t help a lot staff was great and hotel is gorgeous facilities are great :) "

Complete lottery as to what got taken off a bill so had to ask for this to be corrected. Staff were nice though, really helpful. "

"Great place to stay, however, none of the four USB ports worked. We reported on first day and they still didn’t work when we checked out after two nights. We were in room next to house keeping and it could be quite noisy, we wouldn’t want that room again. Staff are great and facilities are good. "

"I’ve stayed a few times at this hotel to attend a course near the hotel. The hotel met my expectations every time. Although this time my room was on the lower level and I couldn’t find it after self check in. The signage of room numbers on this level could be better. I eventually found a member of staff who assisted me. Thank you."
