"The room was fairly large and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom needed a bit of attention as the shower head didn’t really fit the holder and kept flipping downwards. The shower tray didn’t seem to drain very well and the whole unit could do with being updated. Otherwise it was good. The staff were friendly and the breakfast adequate. "

"Fantastically place hotel right outside the gates of the cite in Carcassonne. Friendly and helpful staff right from arrival to leaving, rooms were very nice and all the facilities were there if required."

"The hotel is in a fantastic location, just a 5min walk to the medieval city. The staff were friendly and spoke good English. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The facilities in the hotel were also good. We stayed with our 5 year old and we all really enjoyed it."
