"Beautiful traditional Japanese Inn. Long history behind the inn nicely updated. Incredibly kind and helpful staff. The service of the traditional dinner in our room was above and beyond. "This was the only available place to stay so we gave it a try. Temperature in the lobby was 5 celcius and the clerk was wearing a coat. Temperature in the room was 7 celcius. Room heater worked for a bit and then broke in the early morning. Bathroom sink had no hot water. This was one step above camping. We left after one night when we had booked 3 nights."
