The staff was amazingly kind and helpful. Even despite my rather broken Japanese, they were willing to work through it and help my wife and I through anything we needed (such as getting our room, taxi service, daily necessities, etc.) Also, there is an enourmous grocery store right next to it that is so, so much fun to explore and is also full of super helpful staff and curious townsfolk.

匂いに敏感なので気にし過ぎかもしれませんが枕の匂い（おじさん臭）が気になり交換を申し出た所、快くご対応いただけました。２回目でしたがお部屋も綺麗で快適です。 お風呂の混雑状況をテレビで確認できますが当たっていませんでした。2回行きましたがどちらもそこそこの人がおり、洗面台は2人しか座れないのでドライヤーなどお風呂上がりの作業は順番待ちです。2組まっていたのでここでは諦め部屋に戻りました。
