"Great place if you're looking for a more desolate area to unwind in St Maartens. I usually stay on Mullet Beach side but decided to stay here 1 night to check it out. One night is enough for me and my family. Quick heads up, a car is a must if youre staying here. I only wish they stocked the 2 bedroom condos with the essentials such as sponge, soap, salt, sugar, pepper, powdered creamer for coffee, etc. "

"Food was great! A majority of the staff was great! Tried the rooms with Bali beds out front and that was a waste of money. No view and filled with ants. Get a higher room with an ocean view. The beach was useless as it is steep and ground seashells for sand. That said, you cannot beat the view of Simpson Bay. Great island and will be back when they rebuild. I would just stay at a sister property near the airport next time."

"The property is nice, but there are mosquitoes in the room and we were all bitten and have red spots next morning. The beach is nice but too rough and you cannot swim. I am glad we only stayed one night otherwise I will be so upset not to be able to swim in the ocean since I am not a pool person "

"Lovely hotel in centre of Philipsburg. It is getting a bit dated but everything was there and worked. Good AC. Good beds. We had a large 'suite' with m/w, stove fridge, etc. Excellent location and great staff. Not super fancy but highly recommended."
