The check-in process was smooth the young lady at the front desk was pleasant and friendly. We were waiting for more than twenty minutes for the bellman to take us to our room, he apologized when he came and I appreciated that.
The fridge was dirty you could see where bottles were previously in the fridge and it had crumbs. All of the AC vents were filthy the master AC leaked a lot water unto the floor. The hot water handle did not work inside of the master bath room, we had to share one shower. The two bathrooms only had a total of four bath towels and one wash cloth. The furniture in the living room is old and dirty. The ottoman was broken you can see the legs laying underneath and the couch with the sleeper when you sat on it you sank into a hole. We had to walk Sunday night back to our room because the front desk was closed and there is no night Auditor on Sundays. The security officer was rude his attitude was not welcoming. We asked him to take us to our room and he said that the security car had no gas and he can not drive the golf cart so we have to walk. The lady at the front desk during our check out seemed unbothered by our complaints she was not even looking at us while we were speaking to her she was too busy with the papers in her hand we had inquire if she was even listening. First and last stay at this hotel. Overall rating one star.
