The lake view and the greenery is gorgeous and relaxing to look at. A few minor maintenance observations that were communicated with the host. Nothing that took away from the stay or experience. Very quiet place and very nice and helpful neighbors. Everything was ready for us. Would stay again! "

"Property was okay for staying in this unique community, but the owner of the property needs to learn how to communicate with guests. We never received directions on how to get into property, what to do with trash, how to turn tv on, etc. "

"Nice gated property and easy to check in. Convenient location in North Tampa. About 1/2 hour to downtown with much less traffic. Plenty of food/grocery options and unit has sufficient kitchen supplies. "
