"The single bed mattresses and supplied pillows were very worn and uncomfortable. There was no cushion backing to one side of the table area, making it very uncomfortable to use. Our room was directly above the ski locker which was very loud. The air inside our accommodation was very dry so we had to take measures to increase the humidity at night. "Amazing time in Annecy. Resort location is perfect and hotel service is first class. Had an amazing time with my family. The breakfast buffet is also very nice. We went as part of a family event. There were maybe 30 of us. Was a great experience all round "

"We had a wonderful stay at Le Pelican. A short walk from the old town, it was a modern take minutes from the lake. Our room was spacious and clean and we had a lovely lake view. The staff was incredibly attentive. The hotel breakfast was a 10/10, would highly recommend. If staying in Annecy and want to avoid the Old Town buzz, Le Pelican is your place to go! "
