"I don’t know how to rate this because I rented this cabin from Expedia, but Son’s said I did NOT have a reservation. They said they were fully booked. Not one opening. I have YET to get my refund. We already had three cabins rented. We’ve been here all weekend and about a quarter of the places are empty. I just don’t know what to think. "My only issues was a question that the unit was in listed in check in instructions for New Braunfels and they had mentioned it was in San Antonio, which is not correct. I did indicate to them that it is confusing and they’re looking into correcting their description. Also, the only other issue was checking in and the gates for security would not always open for car entrance with the codes given to me which you had to wait for somebody else driving up that lived there and when they opened up...

"The property was as advertized. It was very spacious and with many rooms to accommodate our family. Our host was very informative, and prompt to answer any questions we had. The kitchen was filled with pots, pans and utensils for all our cooking needs.The main family rooms had plenty of updated seating where we played many games and enjoyed the billiards table, which i would consider an upgrade or repairs. Unfortunately there is no first floor bathroom, but the elevator was very helpful to gain...
