"We stayed in one of the newly renovated rooms. Beautifully decorated. Beds and pillows were so comfortable. Rooms were quiet and very clean. Short walk to the dance hall and restaurants. Each room had a view of the river. Smelled wonderful!!!! We will be back for sure. "

"it was very poor, the thermostat to control the room temperature was out on the landing and it controlled 3 different rooms, I found our room hot so I turned the thermostat down before we went out for the evening, came back to find the room still hot, someone had moved the thermostat back up, presumable someone from one of the other rooms?? "Loved this house! If you are looking to be within walking distance of San Antonio this is not the place. It’s about a 10-20 mins drive to downtown depending on traffic. It worked perfect for us as we were with 3 other families and needed a place to stay for a cheer competition The backyard is beautiful and we spent a lot of time sitting outside visiting.
