"We stayed here with our 3 grown children and their partners. There was plenty of space to spread out and gather together. We had such a fabuluous time! Communication with our hosts was responsive and wonderful! This home is very clean and in the perfect location. It is a quick walk to the lower city as well as to all the events for the Carnaval. "The hotel we had booked had an unexpected strike so we had to make other plans. The boat was perfect! Parking was easy, safe and free and only a short walk to boat. There are rolling bins that can transport supplies to boat if needed. We didn’t need, but it was a nice touch. Boat was very comfortable with amazing views of Old Town. Old Town is a short walk away. "We came to enjoy Quebec City at St. John the Baptist Day. It's a good hike uphill to the Old City. There are a lot of good restaurants nearby on Rue St. Joseph. The prooerty doesn't include parking, but it is at a good location for driving out to see other sites, like Montmorency Falls. Dave is the friendliest host we've had on VRBO."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the house boat. Overall the place was clean and had everything we needed. The view was fantastic and Yves was very responsive and quick. The location was great and free parking was nice. We did experience some setbacks but they were quickly rectified. We did not arrive until after the reception was closed, and while we had made arrangements beforehand, when we phoned to let them know we were here, there was no answer.
