"Amazing location, nice decor if slightly tired in the bathroom. What pushed this stay into 5 star territory was the service. The staff were friendly, attentive and efficient. Special mention goes to the reception team member who looked after us in the breakfast space after we couldn’t find a place for dinner on New Years Eve. He warmed our traitor bought dishes in the microwave, provided a corkscrew and sold us beer. He even selected classy music for the occasion. A potential crisis averted, converted to a memorable, enjoyable night. "

"The location of the apartments is perfect - a quick and easy walk to the train/bus station, old town and lake. We only saw one member of staff during our stay but he couldn't have been more helpful, and the apartment itself was a great size and perfect for our family of four (loft room). Highly recommend!"

"I stayed in this lovely hotel before; it is always nice and cosy. It snowed this morning, so views were amazing as hotel is a stone throw from the lake as well as the mountains opposite. Reception staff were really helpful and professional. Rooms are spacious and beds are really comfy. "
