"The property was very clean and very comfortable and check in was really easy. The host was excellent, both in terms of friendliness and with offering quick responses. It is also close to an amazing park and shopping, so we could easily walk to pick up things we needed. We would happily stay here again!"

"We enjoyed our time in this clean and comfortable unit across the street from the St. Lawrence River. The riverside pathway is lovely and worth a meander. A couple small yet meaningful things: there was a box of “kleenex” in every room and outlets were easy to find. Thanks for a great stay."

"I booked a stay but my reservation was cancelled by the host the day before I was to arrive. The host sent me a link to contact him and offered to assist me in finding another location to stay but the link was invalid and he did not reply at all to my email. Then I had to spend a lot of time on the phone with VRBO to get a full refund, as the initial refund was not complete, since VRBO claimed that I cancelled the booking . Poor company and host to deal with. The host should be blacklisted."

"We didn't end up staying because this was a different place than was advertised in the photos, it smelled bad and there was animal hair on the sheets. We were told two days before our trip that the address was different than what we had thought it was when we booked. I didn't mind this new location, it was still in the general area that we wanted. But it caused us a whole lot of issues upon arriving from out of the country at 11 p.m. We ended up calling a taxi to stay at a hotel for the night and finding a new place entirely. And we were bummed because we specifically chose this location to be close to friends and ended up at a place downtown. The one good thing (if you can call it that) was the owner gave us a full refund without any issue. I personally would not recommend just based on our experience. The photos of the place we thought we were getting looked nice and maybe it is but who knows."
