I would also recommend a different showergead in the largest bathroom. The shower head was missing part of it and you can visably see the water stains on the showerhead piece. "Booked this property for a six-week stay as part of a Florida snow bird trip. Was perfect for what I needed as a digital nomad just trying to escape the cold and visit Universal on the weekends. Space was clean and hosts were friendly and communicative. Very safe neighborhood - no concerns as a solo female traveler.I had my car with me so food was not an issue with the limited appliances but if you won’t have a car and will be spending a lot of time at the property it is something to consider. "Quiet and simple , recommendation for future is to install a powder room ( a quick accesible toilet and lavabo and the best location is besides the laundry room and the air conditioner is too cold 72-74 degrees works good and saves energy on his pocket. I work in jungles and the subartic tundra to me one good coffe that doesn’t freeze in 2 minutes is good condition "

"Overall a nice house that met the needs of my large group. The pool was especially nice, very warm even when it was cool outside. Host was very helpful when we ran out of paper towels and ordered more. We really appreciated the welcome snacks also! The only issues were a couple cleanliness concerns (some of the bath mats looked dirty) and one of my group members mentioned there was an exposed socket in one of the bedrooms that could pose a risk to children. But we were quite happy overall!"
