"This was an amazing place to stay on Île de Re. Best location, extremely clean and simply the quaintest place. Our host, Jerome was terrific and just added to the great ambiance plus served us delicious breakfasts. Overall, an “incontournable” in Saint-Martin de Re."

"Two storey apartment with it’s own garden area. Heated swimming pool on site. Everywhere clean an well maintained. An easy walk to the harbour and it’s many restaurants. Excellent for a short stay in October."

"En arrivant à la gare de La Rochelle, nous avons appelé les propriétaires de la Maison en Ville, et ceux-ci n'avaient jamais reçu une réservation à notre nom et c'était complet!! Nous voilà bien et tous les hôtels à La Rochelle étaient complets à cause du Salon du Grand Pavois! Scandaleux!"

"It was a great location good cheap buses to town every 15 minutes . Lots of nice food right there . The room we had with a third bed for child - the room was way too small for this and hot and stuffy , ok as a double - not ok as a family room . No air con so very hot in heat wave but at least nice opening window .downstairs and pool area very nice …pay for a balcony I should have it would have been much better . "
