"It's a lovely historic building but I was on a floor with lots of running children. I think perhaps as I was with my 17 y/o daughter I was put on a "family" floor, just guessing. I saw other people with robes, no robes in our room. The location was wonderful. I think if I would have communicated better, the staff would have solved the issues so I suppose I should also give myself 4/5 stars, but here's the feedback fyi. Perhaps to accommodate the hesitant guests, like me, who wait to complain...

"We liked the hotel especially its location within walking distance from the mall and restaurants options. Easy check in and parking. Overall good but nothing more. Simple and clean. "
