"The stay was ok and the room was great. My only complaint is people that work there seem lost on issues. Like dry cleaning I brought a bag down . They said it wouldn’t get back in time . They don’t know how long it would be. I just don’t see why they offer the service. But other questions you have they are usually not sure of anything. Very few people working look happy Except the bartenders and our waiter at the steak house."

"We liked the 2 bedrooms. Seemed newer couch. Liked having large size bedroom. Tub needs new caulking. Level stove and fridge. Repair hole in breakfast room ceiling. Need to install higher toilet for accessible use. ADA compliance. Halls very dirty. "
