"The room was close the elevator and there was a lot noise in the hallway. The bathroom was clogged and toilet was stained and didn’t look good. Tried to switch from heat to AC cold at around midnight - it started working at 9am! "

"It was very loud in the hallway even though we asked for a quiter location. No free breakfast or microwave, so plan accordingly. The AC in the room was explosive noise. Did not let us sleep well. At midnight, the hotel decided to do a firedrill. The fire alarm went off with a disabling power. We immediately dialed the reception desk and heard a blunt voice saying to us without any greeting or apology - "just disregard it". What?? Disregard such a disruption at a luxury hotel! and the staff...
