"It was better option then a hotel for the weekend. Was in town for a tournament. Carpet is a little dirty but it is old and needs to be changed. Bathtubs need recaulking. One toilet wouldn’t flush but we poured water down the toilet for it to go. We didn’t want anyone coming in to fix while we were gone as our personal items were there and hotels seem to have more accountability if there’s a problem. "Obviously this area is still recovering from the hurricanes in 2024. The building elevators were not working, the rooms did not have telephones, and there were construction barriers and some debris. The beach was stark with no chairs or umbrellas. However , we had a great stay! We were told what to expect ahead of time. Our room was clean, spacious, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Beds were comfy and we loved the recliners. The oceanfront balcony can't be beat. We'll be back...

"Avoid this place at all cost. Firstly the place stunk. A wierd smell lingered around the entire time. The AC didnt work either so it was freezing the entire time. Once entering we noticed that they didnt provide the 2 sofa beds that we paid for. After contacting someone we were told to just sleep on the sofa and they would give us an air mattess( wich was dirty and they didnt even pump it up). "Great place right in the heart of Bradenton Beach. Walking distance from restaurants and shops and right on the tram line for exploring this wonderful area. Staff we spoke to were really friendly and helpful. The room was a little dated (but I believe that a refurbishment is happening) but was clean and offered everything we needed for our two night break. We were sorry to leave and will return in the future."
