"It was myself, husband and 2.5 year old son who stayed at the property. The pool, proximity to the beach and walking distance to restaurants and ice cream shops couldn't have been any better. The house itself has some serious wear and tear though. Although I believe the cleaners did a great job, the condition/cleanliness of the furniture, and wear and tear on the house made it feel a little uncomfortable and dirty. "Pros: The cottage was very clean. There were plenty of towels and kitchen ware. The air conditioners worked well to cool both rooms. (May want to tape up instructions for Living Room A/C. Cons: Previous tenants must have been big-time smokers. We hate the smell of cigarettes. We could not get that smell out of the LR despite spraying the place daily. The front door is swollen, therefore it was difficult to line up the automatic lock with limited time. The lock seemed difficult to push...

"Great little beach cottage one block from the beach! Perfect for my husband and I and was well-appointed with everything we needed. Loved the very private backyard. A good number of restaurants and shops are open again after the hurricane so we were able to experience them. The property management company was informative and responsive. Thank You!"
