"For car drivers a handy location for A21, M25, M20 etc. 5 minutes to Tunbridge Wells (not at rush hour). The hospital is virtually next door and a 5 minute walk to the fantastic Black Horse pub and restaurant in Pembury. The hotel room felt a little tired and could do with a freshen up. "

"Nice budget hotel, close to my job and also very close (5 min walk) to the town centre. The room was very spacious although dated in decor and furniture. Temperature control was good and the en suite facilities were very good. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was very good, freshly cooked rather than warmed up buffet style which was much better. I think the only negative was the tiny TV at the far end of the room 📺🤔"

"The group staying in my block Canterbury were extremely noisy until approximately 1pm banging of doors etc talking loudly in corridor etc, just awful."

"The hotel is Amazing! I honestly disliked the fact that there's a NO ROOM service card to hang in the door. My interiors and laptop were left folded like nothing had happened. I personally dont like that option to NOT have that option. "
