"This is a nice conversion in a rural location but not too far from Rovinj and from the beachfront areas outside of Rovinj (walkable in 30 minutes or drivable in 5). Very nice outdoor area and small pool, reasonably comfortable interior. "We spended 6 nights there.There was a couple of things it could be better.Wifi was not working at all in the smaller house and both houses needs a litlle renovation.if someone would do a little work on them it will be a beuatyfull place to stay,very quiet and very privat.Swimming pool was very nice clean and big.Garden is huge we had 2 small dogs and they loved it. "This a delightful piece of property: well maintained, clean. well equipped and comfortable. The property overlooks olive groves, so the views, particularly from the second floor are beautiful. "We verbleven met twee gezinnen in deze (identieke) appartementen. Alles wat je nodig hebt was aanwezig. Het is wel aan te raden om beide appartementen te huren anders moet de tuin gedeeld worden en daar is deze eigenlijk niet heel geschikt voor. De eigenaresse woont naast de appartementen bij het BBQ gedeelte. Hierdoor voel je je niet helemaal op je gemak om daar te gaan zitten. De directe omgeving is erg in opbouw voor het toerisme, daardoor nu nog rustig en geen mooie (wandel) omgeving....

"The Villa is much larger than pictures show and perhaps a floor plan would be useful to help describe layout as it is quite unusual with the living space upstairs and essentially a one bed apartment downstairs. Worth having this information if you are visiting with young kids as you will be quite far away from them (two floors) if you need to use all the rooms (although the other three rooms are all next to each other and on one floor). "Great location and beautiful apartment. Eni the on-site manager was great to deal with. Listing could use a microwave but it had all else needed. Unit is on the 3rd floor without an elevator/ lift. Unit did have a washing machine that I do not remember being on the listing. We stayed 5 nights and there was only one roll of toilet paper supplied and two towels."
