"We had a great stay in the property. It is in a quiet neighbourhood which has a mixture of local and holiday properties. The apartment was just right for two people. The beach is minutes away, and a few restaurants within a short walk. Easy access to Rovinj on foot or by car, although it is a 35 minute walk. There is a local store around the corner which is okay for essentials. There is a new Kaufland supermarket 5 minutes away by car which is excellent. Jadankra the property owner was on site...

"We spent 1 week at villa Mary as a group of 10 friends and it was super nice. The house is beautiful, the garden is marvellous and we had the great luck to be there in August and to see many many shooting stars on the perfectly cleary night sky. The sea is a slow 15 minutes walk away and the beach offers lots of cozy spots to chill in the shadow and in the sun. We had a great time. "This is a really well set up villa, spacious, well laid out, pretty much brand new with fixtures and fittings to match. Did not use the sauna or BBQ but the jacuzzi and swimming pool were very clean and well maintained. There is an adequately stocked local supermarket within easy walking distance. The historic town centre and waterfront are just within walking distance but it's a bit of a slog, especially if it's hot. Easier to drive but parking is tight in Rovinj so we found a car park at...

"Great location and beautiful apartment. Eni the on-site manager was great to deal with. Listing could use a microwave but it had all else needed. Unit is on the 3rd floor without an elevator/ lift. Unit did have a washing machine that I do not remember being on the listing. We stayed 5 nights and there was only one roll of toilet paper supplied and two towels."
