"Great location and beautiful apartment. Eni the on-site manager was great to deal with. Listing could use a microwave but it had all else needed. Unit is on the 3rd floor without an elevator/ lift. Unit did have a washing machine that I do not remember being on the listing. We stayed 5 nights and there was only one roll of toilet paper supplied and two towels."

"This residence was located in a very central walkable area of old town. We very much enjoyed exploring Rovinj. The residence hosts were very friendly and welcoming, and made our check in very easy. "The bathroom shower had mold growing and the shower head did not work. We notified them and they put some caulking on some of the mold but, did not fix the shower head. Luckily there was a shower wand we could use. The drinking cups had what looked like toothpaste residue. Around the sink was dusty and dark mold like areas. The floor looked dirty too but, they claimed that is just the tile "look". That may be. "

"We had a lovely stay in the apartment; however, the building itself is not in great shape. The Lighting makes it difficult to navigate in the evening as the light will only stay on for 60 seconds which is not quite enough to make it up four flights of stairs. The fifth floor apartment is incredibly warm and does not have access to a bathroom."

"We stayed at Mladen’s place for 3 nights. There was plenty of room for the four of us (myself, my wife, my daughter and my mom). The apartment is spacious, it has AC which was great in the hot week of July we were there. Mladen was very responsive and easy to communicate with. They met us at arriving, showed us the place and gave us direction to getting into town, which was an easy 15-20 minute walk."
