"I didnt want to stay in the old town, wanted quick access to drive out of down on day trips and this little place was perfect. Not much immidiately around but there is a minimart and a small cafe, about all you need. "

"Great location and beautiful apartment. Eni the on-site manager was great to deal with. Listing could use a microwave but it had all else needed. Unit is on the 3rd floor without an elevator/ lift. Unit did have a washing machine that I do not remember being on the listing. We stayed 5 nights and there was only one roll of toilet paper supplied and two towels."

"This residence was located in a very central walkable area of old town. We very much enjoyed exploring Rovinj. The residence hosts were very friendly and welcoming, and made our check in very easy. Overall we would recommend staying here, but a few things to note: 1. the room did not have full blinds. While the harbour view was wonderful during the day, it was quite bright at night. "Older building and amenities, but as expected for an accomodation in the Old Town. Location is what you are paying for here - just 1 min away from the Arch to enter the Old Town streets, amazing restaurants nearby and around the corner, and the place is tucked away in a quiet side street. About a 15-20 min walk from the Rovinj bus station. Had a queen bed and queen sofa set up that worked well for us. "Quiet, safe neighborhood just a block off Carrera street and 2 from the water front. Beautiful, clean apartment as shown on web site. Suzannna was great and check in easy. Definitely would stsy here again! "

"The bathroom shower had mold growing and the shower head did not work. We notified them and they put some caulking on some of the mold but, did not fix the shower head. Luckily there was a shower wand we could use. The drinking cups had what looked like toothpaste residue. Around the sink was dusty and dark mold like areas. The floor looked dirty too but, they claimed that is just the tile "look". That may be. "

"We had a lovely stay in the apartment; however, the building itself is not in great shape. The Lighting makes it difficult to navigate in the evening as the light will only stay on for 60 seconds which is not quite enough to make it up four flights of stairs. The fifth floor apartment is incredibly warm and does not have access to a bathroom."

"We stayed at Mladen’s place for 3 nights. There was plenty of room for the four of us (myself, my wife, my daughter and my mom). The apartment is spacious, it has AC which was great in the hot week of July we were there. Mladen was very responsive and easy to communicate with. They met us at arriving, showed us the place and gave us direction to getting into town, which was an easy 15-20 minute walk."

"It was amazing stay. Hotel give much more then expected in every segment. I would highlight cleanest and quality of breakfast. But what make this hotel one of best place I ever stay is personal. Everybody is so friendly and helpful that from first minute walking in, you have feeling like when you visiting best friends. "

Grand Park Hotel Rovinj by Maistra Collection

"I can’t say this enough, the service at this hotel is top of the line. We had an issue with our room upon check in and the team at the hotel checked on us multiple times to ensure that everything was ok. They truly showed understanding and compassion throughout our stay. The amenities provided at Grand Park are the best I’ve seen in Croatia and would highly recommend. The view into the city of Rovinj is also incredible. The one item that I would suggest as an improvement is that it is clear the hotel is seeing some wear and tear that comes with its usage. Things like scuffs on hallways and dirt in certain parts of the hotel. This is my second time staying here and will definitely be coming back."

"Breakfast was amazing (except for the fruit flies) Facilities were exceptional. Service was spectacular. Rooms were spacious & quiet. Bathrooms were the best I have ever stayed at. Walk to Old Town was pleasant. Would return."
