"The old stone house is located between the fields and surrounded by nature. It has an old shell, however, it is fully renovated inside. It is comfortable and spacious. There is a pool, but despite being there at the hottest time of the year, the water was too cold to get in. The house is close to the highway and easy to get to. There are no signs, so make sure to get the directions before hand. There is no air condition, but you don't need one, since the house is nice and cool and is well...

"This was our second trip to Villa Antoana (first one was 7 years ago). On arrival we were greeted by Ronald’s father who was waiting for us at the property. He had shown us everything at the property and explained how everything operates. Ronald and his father have left us a welcome snacks and a local wine. Which was a pleasant surprise. "We had a fantastic week at Villa Eda, an immaculate property that exceeded our expectations, apart from the lack of a hand whisk in the kitchen. Despite the heat wave with temperatures in the high 30s to low 40s, the efficient air conditioning kept us comfortable. The property’s isolation was perfect for us, although the 10-minute drive on an uneven gravel track requires a car with good suspension. The small pool and outdoor kitchen were wonderful, and collecting fresh eggs from the chickens...

"Internet service was extremely spotty the entire time we were there. It was not reliable and constantly went in and out while we were on line. The room had some bad features particularly in the bathroom where the shower sprayed all over the floor when in use. the toilet paper holder was just hanging off of the wall not secured. Sofa bed in living area was extremely uncomfortable. Could not sit on couch comfortably to watch tv. Air conditioning was pre set and colder in one room than...

"I can’t say this enough, the service at this hotel is top of the line. We had an issue with our room upon check in and the team at the hotel checked on us multiple times to ensure that everything was ok. They truly showed understanding and compassion throughout our stay. The amenities provided at Grand Park are the best I’ve seen in Croatia and would highly recommend. The view into the city of Rovinj is also incredible. The one item that I would suggest as an improvement is that it is clear the hotel is seeing some wear and tear that comes with its usage. Things like scuffs on hallways and dirt in certain parts of the hotel. This is my second time staying here and will definitely be coming back."

"Breakfast was amazing (except for the fruit flies) Facilities were exceptional. Service was spectacular. Rooms were spacious & quiet. Bathrooms were the best I have ever stayed at. Walk to Old Town was pleasant. Would return."

"Apartments are part of hotel. facilities very good and there looks to be an excellent kids club. walking distance to Porec or use the land train for a variety of restaurants and bars to suit everyone. we found all the staff, from reception to cleaning and maintenance, are very friendly and professional and happy to help On the down side, while the apartments are very clean and acceptable inside, the fabric of the buildings is very poor and needs a complete overhall. Our apartment B6 had rotten wood on the bottom of the door which was turning into a hole - not good! All in all an enjoyable break"
