"I had to ask to change room when I arrived as it smelt cigarette and it was not as well sound-proofed as I was expecting. The staff was real nice and switched me to a much better room well sound-proofed and without any of that bothering smell. Nice place, but I find it very disappointing that the access to the spa is not included and cost 15€ for an hour. I think France is the only country where I experienced this, especially for a 4* hotel. Also when I booked the room it was specified free...

"Aside from one rude attendant. The rest of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice and clean. Exterior entry’s and lobby very clean. The exterior of the building may require a facelift. It’s showing its age. Location was good. The beach restaurant doesn’t look like the photographs and charge for day beds even if you are staying at the hotel. "

It was raining most of the week I was in Cannes, the hotel had gone as far as to leave a fold up umbrella on the bed when I arrived. "Meal buffet is good, while expensive. Staff is nice overall, but very few speak English. You MUST have a car to get around, the area is kind of rural and away from city. The keys to apartment (F12) were useless since the door lock was broken. Front desk open 8AM to 10PM, but you have to leave earlier and come back late, so you have no one available to ask questions."

"Elevator out of service. Nobody in until 9 am to help with luggage. Disappointed with that. Had to empty all of the trash in your room and take to dumpster or you will be charged a fee. Im not a messy person, but i am on vacation and paying a lot to stay at they hotel. Check in is too late 5pm needs to be a little earlier for the price"
