"The owner does not do a good job of maintaining this property. It is neglected for half the year so mold grows for half a year and no one cleans it. There may be a bigger mold problem than the owner realizes. When I arrived the apartment was not cleaned for the season to at least to hide the problem. I also smelled sewage in the kitchen. "Von Buchen bis zur Rückzahlgung der Kaution lief alles reibungslos. Wir kamen erst in der Nacht an, auch da war da check-in kein Problem da die Schlüssel im Nachtressor abgeholt werden konnten. Das Apartment und das Haus sind sehr schön. Ein grosser Plus ist die Garage. Dia Parkplatz lage ist sehr schlecht, daher ist eine eigene Garage Goldwert. "A vrai dire je suis déçu parce que la piscine n'était pas ouverte et je l'ai appris en téléphonant la veille. J'ai demandé à avoir une remise du prix initial. L'employé m'a dit qu'il transmettait à sa direction et que nous aurions sûrement une réduction du tarif. Or je n'ai toujours aucune nouvelle. C'est bien regrettable !"

"My family of 6 stayed here and it worked well during our visit to the south of France. The pool was great, and usually empty, the condo was clean, and the beds comfortable. It's close to town and has a grocery story within a 5 minute drive. We stayed here and explored everywhere from Antibes to the Italian Border. Internet is included and speeds were good."
