"Overall the stay was quite good. The staff was extremely nice and very helpful. The breakfast is also good, I especially liked that they offered freshly baked bread. My problem is that the bunk beds were too low, I was in the lower bunk and hit my head once or twice. The toilet was way too tall, even for a tall woman like me. The shower was clearly not cleaned often and the bathroom overall had mold in the ceiling and walls. I also liked that I was able to store my baggage prior to my chek in...

They didnt have towels, and the front desk was horrible with bad service (there eere 2 dark haired men (one with short hair one with long hair), 1 woman, and french guy with short hair. The woman and french guy were very nice. The other two said things like "nope, dont have towels" and thats it. Or "this is a hotel not a hostel" when i told them there was no water. "La verdad es mejor de lo que parece, que incluya el desayuno es algo increíble y las habitaciones están bastante bien. Nada de qué quejarme. Lo único sería que los cargadores no están cerca de las camas pero nada del otro mundo. Tiene un jardín muy lindo y bastantes zonas de estar"
