"Most importantly, let me say that when I booked, this was the cheapest place to stay anywhere in the area. That being said, you get what you pay for. We had a nice stay and would consider staying again. Don't set yourself up for disappointment. Our room smelled a bit like sewage, but we opened the windows and it aired out. There was a refrigerator tray left on the rusty table on the little front porch. Bring your own shampoo and paper towels, there is none here. The hammock was broken, the gas...

"My sister is in a wheelchair and the pool and private beach were very accessible for her. The room did not seem cramped and it was clean. I would suggest housekeeping help get the sand off of the floors, but I asked for a broom and was able to get rid of most of it. The breakfast was good. The staff was very courteous and helpful. "

"The hotel room was fine for what i needed. I had hoped to be able to fish off the whole dock but only had access to a small portion near the shore. It does not look like the dock in the pictures. The hotel next door let you go out much further."

"Stay was great, beds very comfortable. No complaints until time to leave. I had asked for a late check out they gave me 12 noon. We needed to relax for a little before heading back to meet. 11.25am they knocked on my door, told them they gave me noon, 11.40 knock on door, 11.48 knock on door. They didnt listen well at all. Seriously a lack of communication, and made it hard to be able to rest."

"Shower in 208 is stupid. You cant turn it on without getting wet or scalded. The TVs are different from room to room and difficult tp figure out how to use. Parking...well..... But rooms are clean and comfortable."

"Very nice property indeed. Great location, good service, and low key feeling with relaxed environment. Nice pool and great beach. I did have a serious problem with Internet once, and as a remote worker this was a problem for me. I was told Internet is not reliable on the island. I went to the very nice library which booked a private room for me for my video conferences while visiting. So it worked out. I would go to the Sea Spray again. it was a good experience staying there. "

"I have stayed here many times. Love that there is beach access, even though it was too cold to go in the water. Always a wonderful view of the ocean, even if it’s a cloudy day or perhaps a bit light rainy. Motel can’t change the weather. "
