"Beautifully decorated, quiet street. Really lovely part of Rosemary. The condo was perfect. If we ever return to Rosemary we will definitely stay there. Just a warning though for people coming to the community... the police in Rosemary were very scary and we spent most of our trip watching them scream at children in the street and hunt them down in the allies at night from the balcony. It was a very stressful environment. I'm not sure if something has happened to make them like this but we never saw children acting bad or being loud. The behavior of the police did not match the environment. Our children were anxious the entire time and we were constantly worried we were going to break a rule we didn't know about in the community and get in trouble."

"We LOVED our stay here and hope to be back!! Right next to Alys Beach but also close enough to Rosemary Beach. We walked and rode bikes to both places. The bikes were great to have when we wanted to ride two miles to the Fleet Feet and Publix to pick up a few things! The property was very clean and well kept. Loved that they provided towels, beach towels and beach chairs/umbrella. Overall, very very happy with our stay and I would recommend to all! "

"This home was great for our family of 4. We could walk everywhere we wanted to go in Rosemary and Alys. And it was steps from the beach. This is the perfect location for kids who want to be at the beach nonstop. We were short a few supplies upon arrival but the property manager was wonderful and helped us resolve it quickly. "
