Comfortable and cozy 1 bedroom, 1 bath cottage on the south side of 30A. The beach, Coquina Pool, and Rosemary town center are steps away. Rosemary Beach has 4 private swimming pools, a fitness center, tennis courts, several beautiful greens, and wonderful walking paths.
The cottage has a private balcony and shares a courtyard with gas grill with the main house. It includes a queen size bed and sleeper sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes 1/2 size frig, stove, oven, microwave, dining table and 4 chairs. Television, CD player, and wireless internet provided. Bath includes tub with shower. Stackable washer/dryer is in the garage along with beach chairs, beach toys, and bikes that may be used.

BEST VACY EVER BEST LOCATION WONDERFUL CARRIAGE HOUSE PERFECT
I can not express how wonderful the accommodations and the perfect carriage house ever. The actual spot was beautiful, spotlessly clean, every detail and the most wonderful comforts of luxury. The location could not have been more perfect and just a wonderful wonderful experience. Access to bicycles, beach chairs, umbrellas and so much more. I think it is just the most wonderful spot in the area. I hope to come back to this very spot every year! I am saving now for next year!! Thank you to the management/owners for allowing us to stay in this perfect little jewel in the heart of Rosemary Beach.

Unbeatable Location!
We love this rental. Rosemary beach is perfect for a family vacation. This particular rental is clean and so incredibly close to the beach and the pool. My kids are young and won’t stay in a room alone when visiting an unfamiliar place yet. Having a pullout couch is the perfect solution for our family. We’ve stayed here for the first week of October two years in a row. I think the fact that we rented the same place twice really says it all. I find the bed to be above average. I’m often bothered by chemical smells of cleaners and things like that, but this property is clean without smelling like something is being used to cover up unpleasant smells. The hostess is easy to communicate with, check-in is easy, and I can’t think of a single complaint. We hope to be back next year.

My husband and I had a fantastic stay at Alisa’s cottage. Listing was exactly how described. The location could not have been better. Steps from the beach!! Such a quaint, quiet and beautiful area. Great little spot
This is a perfectly located cozy apartment. My husband and I stayed with our 2 boys and we were very comfortable. The apartment was clean and has everything you need. It’s a block away from the beach and pool. Very close to the restaurant s too.

Perfect cozy spot for couples
We had a great stay. It is the perfect place for couples wanting to get away for a few days. The location was great with a short walk to the “C” beach walkover and Main Street shops/restaurants. The host was super responsive and the unit itself was clean and stocked with alll the essential amenities for a comfortable stay. I will definitely be back!

The PERFECT location on the best beach around
My wife and i brought our 1 year old son and stayed here for one week and loved every second. The small space had everything we needed for our week at Rosemary. The location can’t be beat just minutes walk from Rosemary beach, the pool and the shops/restaurants. We will be booking again 10/10!

This Carriage house was the perfect location for a quick three night getaway. The room was clean and provided everything we needed for our short trip to the beach. You couldn’t ask for a better location that was just a minute from the beach and a two minute walk to the center where the restaurants were.

Amazing little getaway!
We had an amazing stay at the carriage house! It is centrally located to the beach and pool. Everywas within a very short walk. It was clean, well-stocked, and had everything we needed to a quick anniversary trip! Alisa was beyond accomodating and helpful. We recommend it 10/10!

An Excellent Escape to Paradise
Rosemary Beach is truly a special place, and our stay at “In the Heart of Rosemary Beach” pairs perfectly with that characterization. The carriage house is in the perfect location with less than a two minute walk to the beach and less than three minutes to downtown Rosemary. Our host was ever accommodating, answering any questions we had promptly, as well as, providing any beach toys/towels that we could possibly need.

Fabulous Carriage House Studio
Our family of 4 enjoyed a great stay in Rosemary Beach. I know the area pretty well and this rental is in the perfect location… close to town, the Cocquina pool and the beach. Rental provided beach chairs, beach towels, two adult bikes, and laundry in the garage. Cute little patio and deck for morning coffee. Lots of special touches provided by the owner to make this a welcoming stay. The owner is wonderful and responsive to any needs or questions. We loved Moon Jewel and will be back!!!
