Comfortable and cozy 1 bedroom, 1 bath cottage on the south side of 30A. The beach, Coquina Pool, and Rosemary town center are steps away. Rosemary Beach has 4 private swimming pools, a fitness center, tennis courts, several beautiful greens, and wonderful walking paths.
The cottage has a private balcony and shares a courtyard with gas grill with the main house. It includes a queen size bed and sleeper sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes 1/2 size frig, stove, oven, microwave, dining table and 4 chairs. Television, CD player, and wireless internet provided. Bath includes tub with shower. Stackable washer/dryer is in the garage along with beach chairs, beach toys, and bikes that may be used.

We have stayed in the Rosemary/Seacrest area now 3 years in a row and this one was the best. Location was perfect, Accommodations were perfect, and our Host was perfect. We will stay here again!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It's nice and quiet, decorated beautifully and felt very private. The location is perfect - literally steps from the beach and shops. We went for our babymoon and couldn't have asked for a better vacation. We will definitely book this place again once baby is here! Thank you for letting us stay.

Lovely stay!
Cozy rental fully stocked with high quality soaps, cooking supplies, nice thick towels, and any beach equipment/toy you can think of. Bigger than it seems when eating at the table on the balcony and sitting in the courtyard. My family enjoyed our stay - sad to leave!

We’ve been to Rosemary a handful of times and this location was beyond perfect! I honestly don’t know if it gets any better. We had one minor hiccup at the beginning of the stay but the owner was quick to resolve with absolutely no hesitation. We most definitely will be back!

Quick Getaway
It was completely idyllic and perfect for my best friend and even my 15 year old son who didn't mind tagging along and sleeping on the couch. The location was perfect and the host was very accommodating.

Fantastic getaway!
We had a wonderful time at this lovely carriage house! It is a very short walk from the beach and from the shops and restaurants of Rosemary. It is equipped with everything one would need on vacation. The lovely soaps were a nice touch! We look forward to staying here again in the future!

Perfect getaway!
This carriage house was perfect - clean, comfortable bed, beach chairs and umbrella provided (we flew in). It’s a super short walk to the beach and also to all the amazing restraints Rosemary Beach has to offer. Much more reasonably priced than other comparable carriage homes and absolutely worth it! Can’t wait to come back :)

This was one our best VRBO stays. The host was fantastic and readily available though we didn’t need much from her because everything was already there. Easy check in/out process. So close to the beach and the restaurants in Rosemary. We will be back!
