We had a great time staying here! It’s a great place for a weekend getaway or even an extended stay. The pictures make it look a lot smaller than it is in person. Great communication with the manager as well.

Great location, perfect for anniversary trip
My husband and I stayed here for our 15th anniversary trip and had a fantastic time. The unit was perfectly located between Rosemary and Alys beaches and we walked pretty much everywhere! The building was quiet and the unit was clean and had everything we needed. The check in and check out process was seamless and we had no issues during our stay. The beach access is a short walk and being able to rent bikes right in front of the building was awesome. I highly recommend this unit for your visit to 30A!

Everything was great except that there was a moldy type smell in the apartment which was confirmed by my friend that popped by to visit. Other than that was a nice place and great location.

Lovely Seacrest studio!
The perfect home base for our 30A Songwriters’ Festival weekend. The unit had a VERY comfortable king bed and everything needed for a wonderful stay at Seacrest. The owner was very easy-going and responsive. Highly recommend!

Quaint Place in an Excellent Location
We booked the studio for its location and price. The room was as advertised. It was nice to have a full size refrigerator as well as a king size bed. The place was clean. The sitting arrangements were not ideal -you had a small love seat or the bed. There was no place to sit and eat other than on the love seat and only one can fit there at a time. The TV was difficult to use. The property manager/owner was easy to work with and very responsive.

Our studio was just as shown, clean and no issues!!!We came a week past peak season and it was great! The weather was amazing ~ hot and humid but no rain. Beach was beautiful… water amazingly warm. Crowded but ok. Location is a plus. There was some wait at some of the restaurants but thats to be expected. A great getaway

My bf and I stayed here for our first trip to the Rosemary Beach area. The location of the condo was great, especially because we had plans to visit all the little beach towns. It was perfectly situated between Rosemary and Alys Beach. We rented bikes, but you can also easily walk as well. We loved Peddlers village and the convenient shops/restaurants close by. The beach is also a short walk away with beach rental options available. The host was great and easy to communicate with if needed. The place was small but still very roomy for 2 people with everything we needed. I would recommend this if you are looking for a budget-friendly option for the area.

Refrigerator was very noisy, but we notified the manager and she was taking care of the problem. Bed had a foam topper and was not very comfortable and the pillows were hard and some very flat and not comfortable while sleeping.
