"As advertised, lovely reception staff. We had a small issue getting in the front door, but one call and an onsite maintenance man was there and fixed it!"

"Excellent stay at the Old Custom House over Easter weekend. We were able to get into our room early and were pleased with how nicely decorated and well equipped the room was. We also had a lovely view from the two windows over the very pretty harbour. The bed was very comfortable and although quite small, the room was full of character. Staff were friendly and welcoming at the hotel and the lady doing breakfast both mornings we were there was delightful. Breakfast was included in our room rate and was very good."
