"One day there was no water at all for hours meaning no shower, bathroom tap, and the toilet would not flush!!! Disgusting to leave guests with no water. The surrounding hotels had water so not sure what went wrong. On the second day the maid took the towels and didn't replace them so I didn't have any clean towels in the room and there was nobody at reception to speak to. "We paid for 2 studios/apartments but on arrival they would only allow us to have the 1. They also charged us €40 for having a friend around to the room on 2 occasions. "It was my first time in Zakynthos and I was here with my family, and Vice Hotel made my stay very welcoming and warm. They were very helpful with pick up and drop off from and to the airport, the cleaners were very friendly and provided us with any additional essentials we may need for the day.
