"Very good hotel, we had an excellent stay, food was amazing, the buffet is a standard hotel buffet type food but they do change it up each night but the a la carte restuarnts for us were amazing, we had great service and great food. Portion sizes at the greek and italian were huge so we way over ordered, possibly could of done with a little more at the asian and mexican but the dishes we all had were superb. "Although we had a great stay at Mitsis selection Laguna when booking this I booked a bungalow sea view , i felt I was cheated on the room rate because we ended up with a garden view / children play area , and looked nothing like what was advertised on the website . We queried this at reception which we were offered another room but to another garden view so it wasn’t worth the upheaval of our belongings but the receptionist took a contact number if an upgrade became available he would call us....

The reception staff was knowledgeable about Santorini and surrounding areas and offered options for transportation and activities to do.
