"Unable to give a rating for this property as someone else was already staying in the accommodation we had booked thru Vrbo. Spent 4 hours travelling to a luxury lodge for 2 night break. Upon arrival, we found that someone else was already in occupation. The 'Host' of the lodge was unhelpful about our situation and just told us to contact Vrbo who it seems didn't book or confirm our break with the 'host'. The first call to Vrbo lasted just over 5 minutes and then I got cut off. My 2nd call lasted...

We also enjoyed the hot tub at the patio area very much. - - - Having said that, we surprisingly experienced some absolutely "no goes" we didn't expect at all. Firstly, the patio door can't be locked as we found out when a person walked straight to the back door of the cottage and checked if it was locked. "Generally a good stay - the apartment is a good size and very comfortable! Lots of good amenities within a couple of minutes walk from the apartment. Only down side is that the corridors and doors are noisy (You can hear people talking loudly in other apartments down the hall!) so bring ear plugs, and a street light was fixed directly outside the window, and the apartment didn't have blackout blinds so the room was light all night."

"This is our second year staying at Bristol Redcliffe; it is in ideal base for travelling around Bristol and into Bath--great bus, coach, and train services--and there's good coffee shops, restaurants, pubs, and markets close by. The apartments are good sized, and I really appreciate the kitchen and living room spaces that are well-appointed. The staff are incredibly helpful too. There are so many "pros" about the property. My only "con" is that the place needs a bit of a refresh and it starting...
