"Really professional and friendly staff. Tv sinal was dropping out. Couldn't get a signal mobile or wifi in the room and couldn't work out how to turn off the air condition which kept me awake all night. However that aside would stay again. Lovely looking. Well appointed. Easy access and good food and reception cant do enough. I didnt get the chance to use the spa andvpool but we ould certainly come back and will try it on that occasion. Great dinner and breakfast and very clean"

"Great hotel in an excellent location close to the town center. Appartment was clean and although the decorations were pretty basic it seemed modern and was comfortable. Appartment was spacious with all the facilities you would expect. No TV in bedroom only in sitting room area which wasn't really a problem but similar appartments often have a TV in both. "Perfect stay in Manchester. The apartments are is a superb location just off Portland Street near Piccadilly station. Very clean they have all the amenities you need. Very quiet considering it’s a busy location. We have stayed before and would most definitely stay again. Rachel on reception was excellent gave us lots of useful information and booked a taxi to our show."

"Stayed here before and back there now . My only grips are the heating. It’s like the system at work but seems stuck on 16 so it’s cold and you only get two bath towels regardless of how long you stay, you are expected to wash them and no tea towels even though no dishwasher."

"The property is modernly decorated and was a cheap rate for 5 people staying on a Friday night. I was told the main door to the apartment building required a key code but when we arrived the door was damaged and was just open to anyone. The apartment is in a busy area with lots of bars and restaurants and people hanging round on the streets. I asked for the bed to be made up but when we arrived it wasn’t. "Whoever the gentleman that was working in the late evening of the 30th of January is an amazing person. I had rolled my ankle getting off the bus and was in desperate need of first aid and the man was so kind and offered me anything from the first aid as well as a bucket of ice. The check in staff on the 29th were also amazing very kind. "

"Leonardo Piccadilly is our “ go to “ hotel for our regular visits to see MCFC @ The Etihad , which is a short 20/25 mins walk away . Hotel is always clean , friendly and all staff are polite and helpful . Acting Reception Manager ( Dale ) was excellent on our recent stay when dealing with a room query All rooms are fully functional with comfortable beds . Bar is good value as is the food , with morning breakfast being varied between continental / English fry up . Would fully recommend this hotel "
