"The space was plenty for our family of 5. The kids loved the slide and the paddle board was enjoyable. The beds were comfy and the ac window units kept it cool. The only thing i wish it had was ice trays. Loved our stay and will definitely be back"

"It was perfect for what we needed. Kayaks being there was great for the kids. Only reason it didn’t get all 5s was that it just needs a few maintenance items fixed nothing major few light bulbs here and there things like that "

"The floating house was very clean and roomy for the four of us. Beds were very comfortable! We had an issue with the hot tub but the maintenance man was very quick to respond to questions. Beautiful lake but the weather was a bit too chilly that time of the year. "

"We have never stayed in a houseboat before and this experience was great! The accommodations were clean and well stocked. We were within walking distance of the marina & less than 10 miles away from the nearest grocery. Best part is that we were able to dock our boat right up to the houseboat. We would absolutely stay again. The cons, if your a Verizon customer you pretty much have NO Service."

"My family of 4 stayed 2 nights at this location. I was a little hesitant with the parking garage situation, but it turned out to be very easy. It was a very short walk to the parking garage, and it was reasonably priced. We really enjoyed walking around downtown Knoxville, Market Square, Old City, etc. The restaurant options are great in Market Square! "We booked this property for a stay in the city while Music Conference was held at UTK. It was a short drive from the campus, and had everything we needed for our stay. Mo, the owner, was always available, and if there was any issues, they would help us out immediately! I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet stay near the city. "
